We did not get what we reserved, king handicap room close to the elevator Toilets were too low and shower was a tub with high sides. No handicap rails, I could not take a shower and most of the time I used the bathroom across from the ice cream shop on the second floor.

Room was hot. Bed sheets were damp when we arrived(not sure why) Bathroom door would not close. Shower water dipped the whole time second night worse than first. Most of the staff was nice and helpful some was not( casino security)

Is I approach the hotel? I seen just some gentleman Red outside and I say excuse me, sir twice and he said what do went with an attitude so starting off was already bad then after they got my bags, it took them almost 2 hours to come to my room and give me my luggage , so after I receive my luggage, I decided to go downstairs and every time I went downstairs, I had to be ID because I looked young as they say but clearly see me check in with my ID , then I went back to my room after exploring around the casino, and I noticed that the room didn’t look anything like the pictures at all the bathroom had so much residue on the shower as well as the sink handle. The bed was all wrinkly as if somebody slept in it and then made it up, then I pull the sheets back and it’s dirty stains on the bed. Then I look at the window ants, crawling all over the window and a couple were in the bed, We had no room service which was explained as I checked in then the restaurants in the inside had horrible service as well you only had about one person in bubble Gump shrimpthat had a good attitude. Mostly everyone had attitudes or was all slouched over and acting grumpy then I decided I wanted to get something sweet from the little shop and I got two chocolate covered strawberries and they were hot as hell not even room temperature the only thing I enjoyed about this trip was when I went down to the pool to the bar and the man had a very positive attitude and he made an amazing piña colada drink and he made everything better

The location was great. It was a short drive to the beach. It is not far from New Orleans too. I drove to New Orleans that night which was 1.5 hours drive. I ate breakfast at a local bed and breakfast. The casino at the hotel was very nice. The had non smoking floor which was nice. The staff was very attentive. The king size bed was super comfortable.

The room was very comfortable. Next time I would ask for a room away from the elevator that was not connected to another. The neighbors on one side were up all night and we could hear them through the door. However it was a great deal.

It was great. We were on our honeymoon. H2O pool was amazing. The swim up bar was closed for repairs but it's the off-season. I really believe that the pool should be 21 and over. Every employee was fantastic and kind. Highly recommend.
